World Autism Awareness Day

This website is designed to raise awareness of autism and to promote understanding and acceptance of people with autism.

# Autism spectrum

In recent years, words such as PDD are no longer used and are referred to as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), but for the sake of brevity, I will use the term Autism here.

Autism is a disorder that falls under the category of neurodevelopmental disorders. It is a congenital disorder.

Typical symptoms that are often mentioned include social and interpersonal difficulties, communication difficulties, and strong biases in interest behaviors.

In reality, symptoms vary from person to person.

There are autistics who appear at first glance to have typical development. Even autistic people who seem to have typical development are autistic.

The cause of autism is not known, but it is believed that the nervous system and other systems are atypical.

# What are the difficulties of Autism? what is neurodiversity?

I believe that autism is both a disability and an individuality. Therefore, because of this, we suffer from many hardships and difficulties. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Please hear my side of the story a little more.

Height, weight, running speed, grip strength... any physical or intellectual ability is fine. If they can be expressed numerically, and if there are two or more humans, then it means that the mean can be calculated.

In short, I am able to calculate the Gaussian distribution.

If you are a typical human, you will find many people with abilities or characteristics similar to your own. The reverse always takes the opposite state.

The Gaussian distribution is a very useful concept for discussing topics such as science, chemistry, and statistics. However, the act of measuring human abilities or characteristics should be kept in the realm of dispassionate science and chemistry.

It may be a radical statement, but measuring the abilities of others in a non-scientific setting is foolish. In the context of neurodiversity, the act of establishing a common form and measuring human abilities or characteristics is an anti-neurodiversity move.

As I have mentioned, autism is both a disorder and a personality. It is not necessary to choose one or the other. In other words, it is sometimes a disability and sometimes a strong personality.

If you are someone with an autism or other neurodevelopmental disorder, don't be trapped by the majority around you. Live your life as you are. You are a representative of diversity!

# Here are some of the common symptoms of autism:

Other

It is important to note that these are just some of the common symptoms of ASD. The disorder is highly variable, and symptoms can range from mild to severe. The symptoms listed above are also just the surface, and they can have much deeper meaning.

If you see a list of the general symptoms of autism and come away with a negative impression, you're not really understanding autism. That's because all of those seemingly negative symptoms are actually just masks for positive traits. Autism is beautiful!!!

And finally, my favorite words...
